  • Although St Mary’s Hospice was nervous about doing its first ever telesales campaign, Kerry and her team at Redwood guided us through the process. We were thoroughly involved with the choice of campaign, spend and the scripts.   • From the outset Redwood and their team fully absorbed the ethos of our charity embracing all the fantastic programmes we run and the community which we embrace. They listened and understood, we listened and they blew us away with their passion, experience and knowledge.

    The task we gave them wasn’t easy – A new lottery product was to be launched, they had to sell it to our customers in a time of austerity. I wasn’t expecting great results. Other companies had suggested a 3% return on data given. Redwood not only blew that out of the water, but they did it within just a few months.

    The campaign was an unbelievable success, stringent data processes from both sides were in place, they were adhered to, and engaging professionally with prospects in an effective manner was noted.

  • Redwood recently completed a recruitment campaign for Celtic Pools and we were delighted with the results. 

    To date Redwood has increased our weekly lottery turnover by over 10% and our direct debit membership by over 55%.  These statistics prove that they have the knowledge and experience to back up their promises.  Redwood were able to offer us advice on the best way to operate the tele-marketing campaign and how to achieve the best possible results.  We found their operators to be extremely professional and the calls made to our supporters were of a very high standard with very few issues.
